THE FULL GOSPEL

GALATIANS OVERVIEW

1A. THE FULLNESS OF THE GOSPEL COMES FROM ITS SOURCE IN THE REVELATION OF GOD.

2A. THE FULLNESS OF THE GOSPEL COMES FROM ITS APPROPRIATION BY FAITH.

3A. THE FULLNESS OF THE GOSPEL COMES FROM ITS EXCLUSIVITY IN CHRIST.

4A. THE FULLNESS OF THE GOSPEL COMES FROM ITS DEPENDENCE ON GRACE.

5A. THE FULLNESS OF THE GOSPEL COMES FROM ITS FOCUS ON GLORIFYING GOD.

The fullness of the Gospel is about the five “solas” which the Reformers championed:

  1. Sola scriptura (“by Scripture alone”)
  2. Sola fide (“by faith alone”)
  3. Solo Christo (“Christ alone” or “through Christ alone”)
  4. Sola gratia (“by grace alone”)
  5. Soli Deo gloria (“glory to God alone”)
